Falcon Freeway

These are the illustrations for Falcon Freeway, Christian Hagenlocher's entertaining and thoughtful account of his 2016 North American Big Year, when he became the youngest person to see 750 bird species in one calendar year within the continental US and Canada.  These drawings represent a few of the memorable species he encountered along the way. I encourage you to pick up your own copy of his delightful adventure story, and check out his social media, The Birding Project.
